Tom Hiskey

Tom Hiskey, Senior Product Designer at EcoOnline, has over a decade of experience designing and researching products in complex, regulated domains. After starting his career in law, Tom co-founded and sold a startup before switching paths to design. Since then, he’s worked across legaltech, healthtech and sustainability, spanning early-stage startups and enterprise B2B SaaS, as an individual contributor and design leader. His work focuses on tackling messy, high-stakes problems, building inclusive and high-performing teams, and helping organisations navigate complexity with clarity and care. Tom is particularly interested in how AI is reshaping design practice – from the tools designers use to how teams manage risk and plan discovery, and what it means for the future of our industry.
