These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at AiX Conference ("the Event"), operated by AiX Conference ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms.
2. Event Detials
The Event is scheduled to take place in Newcastle upon Tyne in 2027. We reserve the right to change the date, venue, speakers, or format where reasonably necessary.
3. Ticket Purchase
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You must provide accurate information when purchasing tickets.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT where required. Full payment must be received at the time of booking. By purchasing your ticket, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
5. Cancellation and Refunds

There is a material change to the Event (as defined by applicable UK consumer law)
If the Event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
6. Attendee Conduct
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund for inappropriate behaviour.
7. Photography and Recording
By attending the Event, you fully consent to photography, filming, and recording. These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence or as required under UK law.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, travel issues, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
