Jay Clark is a Senior Product Design Manager at Monzo, where he leads design across the Wealth team — covering Investments, Savings, Pensions, and Insurance. He started as Wealth's founding product designer and has spent the past few years shipping major 0-to-1 launches for over 15 million customers, before stepping up to scale and lead the team. With more than a decade of experience spanning Facebook, Tesco, Habito, and various design agencies, Jay is a vocal advocate for design craft at scale and thoughtful AI adoption in design teams.
